Our national Board of Directors are in the process of creating a Sigma Phi Lambda Alumni Association, and we would love for you to be a part of that. In order for us to have accurate records for our Alumni Database, we need to know the following information:
- Name (including maiden name)
- Date/Semester Pledged
- Date/Semester of final activity/graduation
- List any positions held and dates held
- Current address
- Home and cell phone numbers
- Email address
- Employer and your current position
- Birthdate
- Are you interested in Receiving the National Alumni newsletter,
"The Shepherd's Call"? - Would you like to meet with other Phi Lambs in your area?
- Would you be interested in future service to your chapter or the Board of Directors?
- Please list any questions or comments you may have
